We can do your embroidery!We use only Nomex embroidery thread to preserve the flame resistant integrity of your garment.On this page there are just a few examples of embroidery we've done for fire crews.
There are two costs associated with embroidery;
- The set-up or digitizing cost
- The per item cost.
The set-up cost is a one-time cost which can be as low as $15.00 for text, or text changes to one of the layouts you see here, or as high as $150 for elaborate artwork. Usually for a custom logo, this cost is about $85.00
Since you pay for this cost we will give you the stitch file which you can then provide to another embroiderer if you are ordering hats or t-shirts.
Conversely, if you have already had your logo embroidered, and paid the set-up fee, your embroiderer can email the stitch file to us to avoid repeating this cost.
The per item cost is based on quantity with an additional charge for stitches above the 5,000 stitch base price. Costs are $9.00 for 1-11 pieces and $7.50 for 12-49 unless there are an unusually high number of stitches. Individual names and titles are $7.00
Embroidering Your Logo
You can email us a digital graphics image, preferably a jpg file and we can give you an estimate and get right into your job.
We currently have red, yellow, white, blue, orange, and green Nomex embroidery thread.
Because we have an internal left chest pocket, we normally do the embroidery on the RIGHT CHEST. Our customers have told us they appreciate this pocket where it is. For larger orders we can remove it to put embroidery on the left chest.
